We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days after that — so 6–10 business days in total from order to delivery.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

You do, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent you the wrong thing — in that case, we cover it.

Once we've received and checked your return, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, where available at checkout.

Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details — those are handled directly by our payment provider.
